Prescription Refills or Medication Questions
To request a refill, log into your Account and click the Manage Subscription button.
You can adjust your delivery schedule, update your payment method, or request a new shipment there.
If you have a question about your prescription, dosage, or treatment, log into your Account, open your most recent order, and click Chat with Doctor.
This sends your message directly and securely to your prescribing clinician.
For general (non-private) questions about refills, email support@arc-1.co or call 1-888-352-8395.
Please do not include personal health information in the email.
Side Effects or Health Concerns
If you notice side effects or changes in how you feel, open your most recent order in your Account and click Chat with Doctor.
Describe your symptoms, when they started, and any recent changes to your medications.
Our care team responds within one business day.
If your symptoms are severe or rapidly worsening, call 911 immediately.
Lab Orders and Results
Your test results and clinician notes will appear directly within your Arc-1 account under the related order.
If you have questions about your results, click Chat with Doctor from that order to send a secure message.
Store Orders and Shipping
Sign in to your Account to check your order status, tracking details, or shipping information.
You’ll also receive email or text updates when your order ships.
If you need help with your order, email support@arc-1.co.
Returns or Replacements
In general, prescriptions are not returnable. If your product is damaged or lost, email support@arc-1.co with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.
Billing Questions
For billing or payment inquiries, email support@arc-1.co.
Include your name and invoice number, but never send payment card details by email.
Website or Technical Issues
If you’re having trouble signing in, checking out, or using your account, email webmaster@arc-1.co.
Include a description of the issue, the device you’re using, and any error messages you’ve seen.
Privacy or Data Requests
To access, correct, or limit the information we hold about you, email info@arc-1.co.
